Account Deletion Request – SalezUp

At SalezUp, we value your privacy and your right to manage your personal data. If you wish to delete your account along with all associated data, please submit a deletion request using the form below.

Important Information Before You Proceed

  • Complete Data Erasure: Once your account is deleted, all of your personal information, transaction history, and associated data will be permanently removed from our system. This action is irreversible.

  • Processing Time: Your request will be processed after 30 days, in compliance with our data retention policy. During this period, you will not be able to access your account.

  • Pending Transactions & Subscriptions: Please ensure that all pending transactions are completed and any active subscriptions are canceled before submitting your request.

  • Legal & Compliance Considerations: Certain data may be retained if required by law or for regulatory compliance, even after account deletion.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Submit a Request: Click the button below to initiate the process. You will be required to verify your identity for security purposes.

  2. Confirmation Email: After your submission, you will receive an email confirmation. Please follow the instructions in this email to verify your request.

  3. Processing Period: Your request will be processed within 90 days. If you change your mind, you can cancel the request at any time before the deletion is finalized.

Please Note:

Deleting your SalezUp account is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all SalezUp services, including any features related to sales management and customer engagement. Additionally, you will NOT be able to create a new account using the same email address.

Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days; however, we may retain a limited set of information for a longer period if required or permitted by law.

Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account through the SalezUp Settings or Privacy Portal, as deactivated or deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
